Book: What to do when you worry too much

I like most of the books in this series, this one on worry is my favorite. Great for elementary age through middle school. A lot of great tools. Some of the info is a bit outdated (current research is not to ignore or talk back to worries in your mind, but to accept and acknowledge), but I still think it is worth a read.
