Meet Robyn
Licensed Psychotherapist
With over two decades of experience in mental health private practice and family dynamics, my practice currently focuses on teens, young adults, and individuals facing challenges like anxiety, perfectionism, and overwhelm.
I’m also a coach and guide women through a program called Making Peace with Your Body, which focuses on honoring and accepting their bodies. I offer an online, self-paced course called Beyond Enough, designed for women who have lost weight with GLP-1 medications but still struggle with body criticism and self-image.

My professional journey began with children and families, where I quickly became a trusted resource, facilitating parent coaching groups and working closely with local pediatricians. As a Nurtured Heart Advanced Trainer, I draw on this expertise to empower parents in supporting their children’s growth.

A continuous thread throughout my career has been my love of working with teens and young adults. I’ve often had the privilege of supporting clients from high school through their college years, and I treasure these relationships. It’s deeply meaningful to witness the journey as they move from being “kids” living at home into young adults carving out their own paths and lives. Helping them navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, and life’s big transitions is a part of my work that brings me great joy.

As Covid-19 reshaped the world, it also transformed my practice. I closed my beloved Seattle office, relocated out of the city, and transitioned fully to telehealth. While this shift has allowed me to continue supporting clients remotely, it also marked the end of working one-on-one with children, as they truly benefit most from in-person therapy.

As a mother myself, my practice naturally evolved to include a focus on mothers navigating the pressures of parenting anxious or challenging children, and ultimately helping overwhelmed moms reconnect to themselves. I’m passionate about supporting overwhelmed moms who feel like they’re carrying the well-being of their family at the expense of their own needs.
My own journey with body image and self-worth led me to become BARE-certified, deepening my commitment to helping women build a positive relationship with themselves. This certification has also shaped the online course I have developed, The Beyond Enough Jumpstart Series.

If you’re looking for a compassionate, experienced guide who understands the unique pressures teens, young adults, and mothers face, I’m here to help you find balance, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.
