Alright - I know there is some controversy over this book. But at the end of the day I feel like the messages and underlying idea that you can't control other people (let them) and can only control yourself (let me) is definitely worth the read.

I wish ALL of my older high school and college age clients would read/listen to chapter 18.

Book: Outlive by Peter Attia

One of the best books I listened to in 2024. Not therapy related. But a motivating book on what we need to do as adults to age well....
