College Student Therapy Online
Young Adult Therapy Online

There’s so much happening during this phase of life—and it’s one of my favorite groups to work with. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of college, starting a career, or asking yourself wtf am I doing and which direction am I headed?, it can feel overwhelming.

Independence often collides with parental expectations. You’re figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to find your own voice, all while feeling the pressure that you’re supposed to have it all figured out.

I help young adults sort through these big questions and teach practical skills for managing anxiety and stress, so you can feel more grounded in yourself and your path. If you’re dealing with friend or relationship drama—or struggling to make connections—we work on that, too.
Some areas we might focus on include:
-
Managing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
-
Navigating college life or early career challenges
-
Figuring out identity, values, and future goals
-
Improving communication and resolving conflicts
-
Building confidence and self-trust
-
Handling friendships, dating, and relationship dynamics
-
Setting boundaries and making healthy decisions
-
Coping with transitions, uncertainty, or feeling “stuck”
Online sessions make it possible for us to stay connected whether you’re away at school, home for the summer, or living anywhere else.

About Robyn

I’ve been a therapist for 20 years, and while I started out working with teens, many of them grew up—and I kept growing with them.

Now, a big part of my work is with college students and young adults navigating all the real life stuff no one really prepares you for: anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, loneliness, and the pressure to have it all figured out.

I’m easygoing, warm, and supportive—but also direct when you want someone who won’t sugarcoat things. Clients tell me I’m one of the least judgmental people they’ve talked to, which makes it easier to be honest, even about the messy stuff.

I’m real. I’ll answer your questions honestly (within reason). I’m smart, sharp, and fully on your team—but you never have to prove anything to me. My job isn’t to evaluate you. It’s to walk alongside you while you figure out who you are and what you want.

Whether you're stressed about school, stuck in a cycle of overthinking, or just trying to feel a little more like yourself again—this is a space where you can actually talk about it.
