Hello!
I am a licensed therapist in Seattle, WA with a private virtual practice. I offer private therapy sessions for children, adolescents and adults, as well as parent coaching and workshops. My passion is helping children and adults thrive... and I think we all need a little help sometimes.

It's easy to get accustomed to things being not so great. Whether it's having a child that is always worrying, a teenager who won't talk to you, or feeling like you're stuck, unhappy, or overwhelmed - you might be asking yourself, "how did things end up here?" Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to gain insight, learn new things, and move forward toward feeling more happy, peaceful, and fulfilled. This is where I come in.
