Fees & Insurance I am a preferred provider with Premera Blue Cross, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Lifewise and I will bill them directly. If you have Group Health, please contact me. I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance carriers. Payment is due at the time of service, and I will provide a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursment. Frequently insurance companies will reimburse for services from a licensed therapist, though I cannot guarantee it. You may want to call your insurance company and ask if they will reimburse for mental health services for an out-of-network licensed therapist. My current rate is $110 per session. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Since I hold that spot for you and it is difficult to fill on short notice, you will be charged the full session rate for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice. |
