Fees Please call or email for information on fees. I am a contract provider for Premera Blue Cross. If your insurance is Premera, I will bill them directly. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance carriers. Payment is due at the time of service, and I am happy to provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursment. Frequently insurance companies will reimburse for services from a licensed therapist, though I cannot guarantee it. You may want to call your insurance company and ask if they will reimburse for mental health services for an out-of-network licensed therapist. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. |
